End-of-Year Donor Drive, and a Holiday Message
With the holidays approaching, as the Board of Directors, we want to wish you and your family the very best in celebrating your traditions of the season. Unfortunately, over the past year and a half, the phrase “due to an abundance of caution” has forced us to cancel other indoor events. Regrettably, we will not be able to celebrate our 2021 “Welcome to the Holidays” reception at the Worthington Mansion due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.

We do have a safe and joyful alternative. Please take the opportunity to drive by Worthington Park and see the exciting outdoor changes – all leading up to applying for an occupancy permit. Hopefully this spring, we will host you and yours at a grand opening. Then we will all be together to celebrate this amazing project – “10 Years and 10 Acres of Possibilities” – coming true.
In lieu of the holiday reception and auction, we ask that you consider the Museum in your year-end charitable giving. The cancelled “Welcome to the Holidays” reception was our main avenue to generate funds to pay our basic operating costs such as insurance, propane, taxes, maintenance and repairs. Your gift at any level would be so appreciated – scroll down the page just below the letter’s signature to find links for your donation options, including by check via mail, as well as our credit card processing website.
We are grateful for your support throughout the year and wish you good health and happiness for the coming year.
Most Sincerely,
Board of Directors,
The Quilcene Historical Museum
