We are pleased to announce our first year collaborating with the Victorian Heritage Festival! We will be making a presentation about Worthington Park - see separate event in calendar for details. You can look forward to a growing collaboration in the future, including tours and more partner events beginning next year.
Plus, there are plenty of other fun things to do over the three days of the festival:
Celebrate a slice of Port Townsend's history! The 2020 festival will focus on the years of "Great Expectations" - growth and trade via sailing ship was booming, and citizens were convinced that Port Townsend would become the central gateway to the Puget Sound and surrounding areas. Various presentations, a chance to view the schooner Martha, storytelling, tours, and much more await your enjoyment. More information - including the full event list and the opportunity to buy passes and tickets - may be found on the Victorian Heritage Festival's website.

Please join us for a presentation on Worthington Park at the Victorian Heritage Festival, in the downtown Port Townsend Cotton Building. We will have a slide show detailing the history of the eight year restoration of the Worthington House which will be made available on this site at a later date. Our project is the largest Victorian restoration of its kind to be undertaken in Jefferson County. Presenters will be Carol Christiansen, Christine Satterlee, and Brian Cullin.
