The Circus and Outdoor Movie were a big hit this year, setting an event record for Worthington Park of over 480 attendees – a great response from our entire community, including many families. The circus was wildly entertaining, and a large part of the crowd stayed for the outdoor movie. The Skokomish tribe also offered a brief program, including the performance of Land Acknowledgement music. Our popcorn stand operated continuously for the 3.5 hours, turning out free popcorn for the crowd. The Quilcene Yacht Club provided additional refreshments and sold out of nearly everything. The balloons offered were a particular hit. All in all, a magical night for everyone involved.
